THANK YOU!
It was a long time coming, and we were fortunate to gather together as a congregation for the first time since the start of COVID 19.
And did we gather! More than 150 people joined together at the synagogue to celebrate our honorees and the building turning 60. Indeed a great time was had by all!
Many of you took a meal home, many watched virtually, and many stayed to dine together in our social hall.
We are so grateful for those that participated--in whatever way felt most comfortable--and are ever so thankful for your donations which allow us to make the necessary improvements to the synagogue.

PRIORITIES:

Restore the Walkway into the Synagogue from the Henry Hudson Parkway
This pathway is uneven and, therefore, dangerous. We need to repair and improve the stonework and the lighting to ensure our members and our guests can safely enter the synagogue.
Goal: $50,000 -
Create the CSAIR Emergency Fund
We have learned, over time, there is always an unanticipated expense that puts undue pressure on our annual budgets. In the recent past, we have had to manage a broken boiler, a failing air-conditioning system, flooding, and increased security. Ensuring our safety during COVID has also been a new priority. This fund will serve as a vital cushion to ensure we can continue to serve you and the rest of the community now and when these anticipated, but unexpected, demands arise.
